What is the dress code for your wedding?

Black tie optional. For men, that means one can choose to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie, while for women, a floor-length gown or a formal cocktail dress would fit the bill. Colorful dresses and outfits are encouraged!

Are children welcome?

We love your kids, though this party is for grown-ups only!

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Yes, if you have a dietary restriction we ask that you mention it to us in your RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate you!

Can I bring someone?

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Due to the intimate nature of our venue, we’re only able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, you’ll see their name there. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you join us solo — we promise the evening will be full of warmth, good wine, and plenty of new friends to dance with.

How can I get there?

For advice on how to get around or plan your trip generally, for example, to and from the airport, click here for our guide to planning your trip, where we’ve provided addresses and transportation details. We ask that guests find their own way to the welcome party as well as the wedding ceremony. We’ll provide some assistance in returning home from the wedding.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We would love to hear from you by March 31st.

What is a Persian-Portuguese wedding?

Well, this will be our first time going to one too! We’re excited to blend our cultures with a more traditional Persian ceremony and traditions set in Portugal and alongside delicious Portuguese food. If you’re new to Persian ceremonies, they may be different than what you’ve experienced! You can read a bit more here, and we look forward to sharing the experience with you.

What is there to do while we are in the area?

Great question! We put together several guides to the surrounding area. You can check it out here for some inspiration— Lisbon is easily accessible via train, and day trips to Sintra or Ericeira are possible via Uber or cab service.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. Dress however you would to go out to dinner— though festive attire is always appreciated! We will be outside, so a sweater, shawl or wrap may be advisable.

Is there someone I can contact if I have any other questions about the wedding?
